must Read and agree to these rules, terms and conditions in order to use our web site in any form. By surfing our site or signing up for a User account you stating that you have read and understand these Rules terms and conditions and will abide by them with the up most respect for your fellow members. Treat others as you would want to be treated and Respect newbie's and old school alike. If you break any of these rules you may be suspended or Ban!

New sign ups:
Be sure you are using a good email address, you will have to activate the account before you can log in. And be sure you put usamoney.org on your white list or make sure it will not be blocked by spam filter. We will not reply to automated live person emails. You must activate your account with in 24 hours or it will be deleted. Once your account is activated you will only be able to post in the Newbie forum until we approve you for a Free Gold Member account. .It shouldn't be more than 24 hours and usually allot sooner.

USAMoney.org is a Privately owned and operated web site. The owner of this site uses it for educational purposes only and not for profit at this time. Membership is free at this time. This however may change in the future.

Staying on topic is a must! Stick to posts relevant to the board or chat rooms on which you are participating! If you just want to Chat off topic go to the appropriate rooms OR YOU WILL BE suspended or ban. Off topic discussions can be very frustrating for those that are not interested.
Back up your claims with real evidence whenever possible. [ie. links, pictures etc]
Behave legally, morally and ethically.
You are completely responsible for your own investment decisions and of who and/or what you want believe on the forums or in the chat rooms.. The forums are designed to help you gain the information and give you the edge you need to help you make your own decisions.

We do reserve the right to monitor or remove any post, at any time, which is in violation of the User Agreement or clearly detracts from the value of the community, and/org band the user without notice. We also reserve the right to terminate any member's membership at any time, without notice or refund.

Members and Visitors should be aware that other members may not be who they say they are. We do not perform a background check on any of the alias profiles. ANY Illegal behavior will be reported to the proper authorities immediately!

Privacy Policy
We never give or sell any of your information for commercial or any other use except in legal reasons listed below. Account Information: Be aware that the identifying information specific to your use of USAMoney.org, including your IP address, name, and email address will be delivered when requested by a legal subpoena. If you are a member at USAMoney.org, you are able to send and receive private messages using our database system. Special Rules & Message Deletions
There is only one board allowed, per security. USA Money Admin reserves the right to remove any board at any time.? Moderators of stock-specific boards are allowed to immediately remove any post for Admin review that falls into the following categories: Duplicate, Personal Attack, Spam. Each hidden/removed post is reviewed by Admin and either left removed or restored.
Moderators of non-stock-specific boards are allowed to remove any post that falls into the following categories: Duplicate, Vulgarity, Off Topic, Personal Attack, Violation of Privacy, Threat, and Thread Disruption. Each hidden/removed post is reviewed by Admin and either left removed or restored. We do reserve the right to intervene if we see blatant abuse of these features.

Should you have a post removed, and you disagree, or want to know why, we ask that you take this up with Admin through contacts and NOT on the board on which it happened.
